Abstract

Clean and Healthy Living Behavior (PHBS) is one of the promotive and preventive efforts in improving the health status of school-aged children. This community service activity aims to increase the knowledge of sixth-grade students of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Soebono Mantofani, South Tangerang City regarding PHBS through counseling methods using audio-visual and interactive media. The activity evaluation was carried out using pre-tests and post-tests to measure the level of student knowledge before and after the counseling. This activity involved 48 sixth-grade students. The evaluation results showed an increase in the level of student knowledge about PHBS, from an average score of 71% in the pre-test to 94% in the post-test. This shows that health counseling using visual and interactive media is effective in increasing students' knowledge about clean and healthy living behavior. The conclusion of this activity is that health counseling with audiovisual and interactive media can significantly increase elementary school students' knowledge about PHBS. It is hoped that similar activities can be carried out continuously to form clean and healthy living habits from an early age.
