OPTIMALISASI POTENSI DESA BODAS KECAMATAN WATUKUMPUL KABUPATEN PEMALANG MELALUI PELAKSANAAN KULIAH KERJA NYATA MAHASISWA UNSOED

Abstract

The Community Service Program (KKN) of Universitas Jenderal Soedirman in Desa Bodas, Watukumpul Subdistrict, Pemalang Regency, was conducted from July to August 2025 aiming to empower the community through a multidisciplinary and participatory approach. The program covered five main sectors: education, health, environment, economy, and village government services. Methods included field observations, direct assistance, socialization, interactive activities, digital media development, and MSME potential surveys. Key results included increased student motivation through wish tree programs and environmental hygiene education, improved toddler nutrition and health awareness, productive yard management with organic fertilizer production, MSME development via digital marketing and legal business registration, and enhanced public services through village social media management and aid data validation. Overall, the program successfully enhanced community capacity and fostered sustainable development towards a self-reliant and prosperous village through synergy among students, community, and village government.
